En el Somontano, además del reconocido vino con Denominación de Origen, se produce aceite de oliva, miel, queso, dulces, frutas y hortalizas, conservas vegetales, trufa, arroz, frutos secos, vinagre, sal, licores, caviar de trucha... Todos ellos protagonistas de nuestra gastronomía.
Son casi un centenar de bodegas, obradores, almazaras y empresas dedicadas a la producción y comercialización de estos deliciosos productos.

To visit the wineries of the Somontano Wine Route is to start an unforgettable journey into the world of wine. Discover the aromas, colours and flavours of these exceptional wines through wine tastings and begin to understand why this land is special and unique.
In addition to a tour and a tasting, many of the wineries belonging to the Somontano Wine Route offer extra events such as wine workshops and activities in the vineyards.

The best way to know and enjoy our gastronomy is to taste our agricultural products in the different restaurant from Guara Somontano. But now you can also know in first person its elaboration process as lots of agro-food businesses from Somontano Region offer guided visits in their facilities and other types of activities in which you will participate.
Olive oil, pure liquid gold from Somontano, wine with Denomination of Origin, meat products, honey, an endless number of sweets, prestigious cheese, dried fruit and nuts, rice, ice-cream, liquor, truffle (tuber melanosporum), salt… are some products which you can find in this territory full of wealth.
