Quercus ilex L. subsp. ballota
Reaching 18.5 metres and with a base circumference of 4.66 metres, the tree is known for its huge dimensions, the sturdiness of its bare branches and the scarcity of leaves. The ruins of the San Lorenzo chapel lay nearby, named after the patron saint of the area. The tree is in good condition and grows on private property.
The tree is located within the Mascún campsite at the entrance to the village of Rodellar.
