Covering an area of just 4,300 hectares, Somontano has a key characteristic that differentiates it from other wine-growing areas; a range of 15 grape varieties, eight red and five white that reflect indigenous and international varieties. They are; Parraleta, Moristel, Alcañón, Red Garnacha, Tempranillo, White Garnacha, Macabeo, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot-Noir, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. All are perfectly adapted to the conditions in the region and guarantee the creation of quality wines.

The vineyards and their vines give rise to the excellent Somontano whites, reds and rosés that can be described as fruity, aromatic, exuberant, fresh, delicate or intense and which display perfect balance between alcohol content and acidity. Wines with deep, vibrant colours; young wines, crianzas and reservas (oak-aged) and special editions with unique personalities that reflect the land where they were born. Finally, they are wines that sit harmoniously alongside traditional dishes and contemporary cuisine.
